I started following This Morning Walk years ago. I have long been an avid slow walker. This summer I directed this love toward Forest Bathing. And This week I am finishing my certification to lead nature experiences in the spirit of forest bathing. I am so excited. One day we may talk. Right now I am preparing to guide at the full moons, solstices and equinoxes. Muir, Thoreau, Oliver, and Leopoldo are my spirit guides.
